“The most compelling, charismatic royal for generations”

Retouched, saturated but still looking as handsome as ever, Prince Harry is Tatler’s “Man of the Year” as he cover’s their November issue.

Even though I haven’t been a huge fan of Tatler’s recent covers and do question whether Harry has the right to the title of “Man of the Year”, I have to give them props of doing quite a good job with a mere paparazzi shot by Tim Rooke. This is probably the nicest “pap to cover” photo in recent years of one of the young Royals used to front a magazine. I personally like the sharper retouching while the warmer colour enhancement works well against the acidic yellow of the masthead, unfortunate “Dirty Harry” title, and duck egg blue of his hat and eyes.
