THE DUCHAMP SS13 SUMMER PLAIN TEAL JACKET
Posted on February 8, 2013
Duchamp London’s delightfully dandy spring/summer 2013 collection is sure to brighten up the darkest of days. From vibrant modern mixes of azure and burnt orange to mustard and vivid purples, each piece perfectly signifies the union of classic and contemporary through form, fit and of course colour and as always, retains the brand’s bold but quirky aesthetic.
It may come as a surprise that I’ve chosen the above Summer Plain Teal Jacket as one of my favourites, as you would not think it as striking as say the beautiful mohair bures suit. However the appeal is all in the details and the longevity factor, from the gorgeous teal coloured luxurious silk-wool linen woven in Scotland to the stunning navy lining. It’s laid back, effortless and just cool.
Of course the other positive is that it gives you the chance to snap up some of the wonderful pochettes on offer too,
which I’ve always preferred over a certain “Famous In Shirts” brand I used to work for and add just the right punch of summery colour without playing it too safe.
Duchamp London are offering online customers an exclusive 10% off all new season items until the 8th of February 2013. So take advantage and get shopping!
